Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, linking a browser client, or using Aegean Command, you agree to these terms and the privacy notice. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and permitted to use the underlying game account. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you can bind it to these terms.
Your game account and your risk
Automation may be restricted by the rules or terms that apply to Grepolis, a specific server, or your account. Those rules can change. You are solely responsible for determining whether and how you may use the service. Use may lead to warnings, suspension, loss of progress, or permanent account action.
We do not promise that use is undetectable, permitted, penalty-free, continuously compatible, or safe for a game account.
Accounts, devices, and trials
You are responsible for your Google account, browser profile, linked devices, and all activity authorized through them. Do not share credentials or bypass device, account, world, player, trial, or entitlement restrictions.
The advertised trial is currently 72 hours and is intended once per eligible user or account. Paid pricing and billing terms will be presented before any charge. Unless expressly shown during checkout, signing in or starting the beta trial does not authorize a payment.
Acceptable use
You may not use Aegean Command to compromise accounts or systems, evade access controls, disrupt the service, reverse engineer protected server logic except where law permits, resell access without written permission, scrape unrelated personal data, or use another person’s game account without authorization.
You may not remove notices, impersonate the service, distribute credentials, or attempt to obtain signing keys, provider credentials, or other users’ information.
Beta availability and changes
The service may be changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued. Game updates, browser changes, outages, captchas, network latency, stale state, or third-party changes may prevent or alter execution. Planned commands can expire or fail closed. You remain responsible for reviewing settings, results, and account activity.
We may add, remove, or revise modules and limits. Material commercial changes will be presented before they apply to a paid renewal.
Warranty and liability disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or any particular game outcome.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegean Command and its operators will not be liable for lost game accounts, progress, virtual items, opportunities, profits, data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
Suspension, termination, and updates
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect the service, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment, or enforce these terms. Provisions that by nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will survive.
Revised terms will show a new effective date. During the private beta, questions should be sent through the administrator or support channel that provided access. These terms should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before paid public launch.
