Your data, explained

Privacy notice.

This notice describes the information Aegean Command processes to authenticate accounts, authorize browser clients, coordinate plans, and protect the service.

Information we collect

We process only the information reasonably needed to operate and secure Aegean Command:

  • Account information: the Google account identifier, email address, display name, and profile details returned with your consent. We never receive your Google password.
  • Subscription information: trial start and end times, entitlement status, and future billing references. Full payment-card details should be handled by the selected billing provider, not Aegean Command.
  • Device and game bindings: device identifiers and labels, account, player, and world identifiers, authorization status, and revocation history.
  • Operational game state: compact snapshots needed for enabled features, such as towns, resources, queues, units, timing conditions, planned actions, and execution results.
  • Security and diagnostics: request identifiers, timestamps, IP address, browser metadata, errors, rate-limit events, and audit records.

How we use information

We use this information to sign you in, issue short-lived authorization leases, bind commands to the correct account and world, create and synchronize plans, show account status, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use game-state data to advertise to you or to build advertising profiles.

Storage and retention

Account, entitlement, binding, and durable planning records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Short-lived commands and high-volume diagnostics should use shorter retention periods. Backups may persist temporarily after deletion.

Browser storage may hold a device credential, cached authorization lease, and short-lived plans. Signing out of the website does not automatically revoke every linked browser; linked devices can be revoked from the dashboard.

When information is shared

Information may be provided to service processors that support authentication, hosting, databases, security, communications, and future billing. Each processor should receive only what it needs for its role. Information may also be disclosed when legally required or when necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Private-beta note. Hosting and billing providers remain configurable. This notice will be updated with provider-specific details before general paid availability.

Your choices

You can sign out, revoke linked devices, disable modules, or stop using the userscript. During the private beta, requests to access, correct, export, or delete account information should be sent through the administrator or support channel that provided your access.

Some records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, security, accounting, or law. Removing required operational data may prevent the service from functioning.

Security, age limits, and changes

Aegean Command uses short-lived sessions and leases, scoped device credentials, server-held strategy, security headers, and audit records. No system is perfectly secure, and you are responsible for securing your Google account, browser profile, and device.

The service is not directed to children under 13 and should only be used by people permitted to use the underlying game and enter these terms. Material changes will be identified by a revised effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice.
